Warranty Policy on Jinma Wood Chippers

Circle G Tractor Sales, Inc. offers a 2 year warranty on Jinma Wood Chippers, from date of purchase, on mechanical parts listed below. Before the warranty can be applied, the broken parts must be inspected by Circle G and deemed valid for warranty replacement. Mechanical parts covered under this warranty are:

· Gear Driven Gearbox

· In-feed Roller Driveshaft

· In-feed Roller Drum*

*NOTE: Does not include normal wear of jaws on drum for pulling material into wood chipper.

The warranty will apply only once during the 2 year period to each of the parts listed above. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs of broken parts for inspection and warranty parts. Parts will be shipped normal ground delivery. All expedited shipments will be an extra charge to the customer. Circle G is not responsible for any labor costs associated with removing or replacing the warranty parts listed above.

As wood chippers are delivered by truck line, customer should inspect the wood chipper for any physical damage before accepting delivery. If damage is apparent, do not accept the delivery.

Customer should regularly check oil level in gearbox and provide preventive maintenance checks for every 10 hours of use. This information is provided in the manual that comes with the wood chipper.

Ordering directly from the manufacturer provides a delivery time of 8-12 days.
